hai...sahabat2 kesehatan....
mohon bantuan terhadap permasalahan yang sedang saya hadapi mengenai gerjala hipertensi....gejala ini sdh saya rasakan sejak umur 30 tahun....saya sdh pernah berobat dan dokter sudah memberikan obat untuk mencegah hipertensi dalam diri saya....
yang ingin saya tanyakan kira2 ada tdk obat2an herbal yang bisa dikonsumsi supaya saya tdk terlalu tergantung terhadap obat dari dokter atau sahabat2 punya cara yang bisa mengurangi bahkan menghilangkan gejala hipertensi itu...
