"Olah raga" dan makan "makanan yg baik" terutama makanan segar.
Yach yang lain Vitamin. Suplemen, Olah Energi (Pernafasan, meditasi dan sejenisnya)
Kalau penyebabnya karena psikomatis, lebih pas Olah Energi.

4. Setiap kliyengan, sambil berdiri ataupun duduk, buka kaki lebar-lebar, bungkukkan badan, letakkan kepala di antara kaki sekitar 3-5 menit.
5. Kalau doyan sih, rajin makan olahan dari hati.
6. Kalau mau, boleh konsumsi supplemen semacam sangobion.

1.Tekanan darah yang rendah (hipotensi ortostatik), kondisi ini terjadi karena adanya penurunan drastis tekanan darah sistolik (angka atas dalam membaca tekanan darah). Hal ini dapat terjadi jika seseorang duduk atau berdiri terlalu cepat dan juga pada orang yang diketahui memiliki penyakit tekanan darah rendahi
2. Gangguan sensori, kegagalan dalam penglihatan dan kerusakan saraf di kaki bisa mengakibatkan seseorang sulit menjaga keseimbangan yang membuatnya merasa kliyengan....
