Pak Astrawinata punya saran Hypnotherapi yang bagus dimana gitu pak?
Mungkin saya bisa coba juga untuk anak saya yg kurang motivasi belajar?

Hipnoterapi itu kita dibuat memasuki alam bawah sada kita (mirip tidur, tapi masih sadar, makanya namanya alam bawah sadar) nanti akan ditanamkan suatu pikirran positif yang baru untuk mengatasi gejala trauma tadi. Begitu Bu mekanismenya kira2. Jadi tidak usah takut karena bila dilakukan oleh yang berpengalaman tentunya bukan hal negative yang didapat…

Hypnoterapi itu terapinya dalam keaadaan di hipnotis atau bagaimana sih?
Saya pernah ditawari terapi seperti itu tapi takut dihipnotis.

Dear All....
Sebelumnya perkenalkan nama saya yanto, langsung aja yah....
Saya mempunyai seorang sahabat, dan sahabat saya ini mempunyai rasa
takut yang berlebihan, dulu dia pernah sakit (saya lupa sakitnya apa)
waktu itu dia salah minum obat, bisa dibilang oferdosis, nah sejak
kejadian itu dia memiliki rasa takut yang berlebihan, kalo ada apa2 dia
langsung bingung, panik, dan takut yg teramat sangat, contohnya kemarin
siang waktu ada gempa kebetulan saya sama dia lagi berada dalam pusat
perbelanjaan di
biasa sampai2 dia menangis (saya yakin kalo melihat kejadian gempa
kemarin dan kita sedang berada dalam gedung pasti akan merasa takut dan
khawatir) tapi saya bisa merasakan betapa takut yg sangat berlebihan dan
takutnya dia tidak dibuat.
Bagi teman-teman semua, saya minta solusinya, apa yang harus dia perbuat
supaya bisa sembuh dari trauma takut yang berlebihan, kalau emang harus
diteraphy boleh minta rekomendasinya dimana, sebelumnya terima kasih
banyak.
