RE: [Konsultasi-Kesehatan] Jamur kuping



Intinya kalo pengen BAB lancar harus teratur makan sayur berserat ….tanpa harus dijus juga gak apa2.

Karena dulu sebelum teratur makan wortel kukus setiap hari, BAB saya agak kurang lancar, tapi sekarang setelah teratur makan wortel setiap hari, BAB saya alhamdullilah selalu lancar setiap hari.

Mungkin buah segar kalo dalam porsi yg cukup banyak juga bisa membantu.

Demikian, mudah2an infonya membantu.

Ini pengalaman pribadi, isteri saya kl BAB itu biasanya 1 minggu sekali, setelah saya buatkan juice Nenas + Sawi + Gula + dikit garam, puji Tuhan sekarang hampir setiap hari lancar...

Rasanya dapat dicoba dengan memakan banyak sayuran serta buah terutama papaya dan kalau perlu makanan yang banyak seratnya seperti Havermouth.

Atau minum bahan/makanan pelancar buang air besar ( tetapi jangan sampai ketagihan ya ) seperti yang diiklankan di TV.

tapi kok BAB saya belom lancar ya?
Adakah  milister yang punya masalah yang sama dengan saya, susah BAB

Fyi, setiap pagi sesudah bangun tidur, saya selalu minum air putih 1 gelas besar.
