(dibawah jam 10) malamnya (sekitar jam 1-2) sering terbangun dan sulit
tidur lagi. Tapi, kalo tidurnya cukup malam (diatas jam 10) ...
bangunnya normal2 saja, sekitar jam 4 pagi. Dan selama ini saya tidak
merasa ada beban pikiran yang signifikan.
