Silakan coba: 1. Kupas kulit buah pala segar. --> saya beli di sekitar Kebon Raya Bogor. 2. Parut dengan parutan keju, biar tidak repot dikemas per 3 butir dalam plastik es, simpan di freezer, kalau mau minum tinggal dikeluarkan. 3. Sedu parutan daging 3 buah pala dengan air panas, biarkan hangat kuku, minum antara 1-2 kali sehari. 4.
