1. cuci muka dengan sabun khusus untuk muka berminyak 2. banyak minum air putih 3. lakukan olahraga rutin (lompat tali, lari pagi, bersepeda, dll) 4. 3 hari sekali pakai masker (tomat/jeruk/timun) 5. 1 minggu sekali melakukan peeling ( pakai mangir) 6. kurangi makanan berlemak (goreng-gorengan, kacang, dll) 7. perbanyak makan buah dan sayur Mudah-mudahan membantu.
