Obatnya cuma, banyak minum air putih, jalan2 keliling komplek (jalannya pelan2 aja), makan biasa (sop kambing teteeeuuup) sm aku olesin counterpain deh (sorry ga promosi, cm biar jelas aja)
Skrg udh bisa lari2, jongkok, sujud, teguling2...heheh...
